Request a Quote or Place an Order
This
is Single Source Procurement's online order form. To request a quote or place an order for up to eight separate
items with us, just use this one form!
Orders:
If you want to place an order, select the "Place an Order"
button below. SSP will then contact you with your order confirmation,
billing information, and the estimated delivery date.
Quotes:
If you would like a quote select the "Get a Quote"
button below. SSP will contact you with the price of your items. Then
you can decide if you would like to place an order through SSP.
Fields
marked with an * must be filled in to
send your order or quote. Also, when entering the suggested price do not include $ signs. Decimals for cents are fine
such as .95. Do Not Hit the “return” after entering the the numbers to get a total
as the calculation is automatic. If the return key is used you will go directly to your web browser before you have completed your order or quote entries.
If for some reason you decide to leave the order/quote page and try to come backlater, your entires will not be saved and you will have to start over again.
